Gone are the days of badly designed concrete slats. Woolsey slats are in a gang form giving maximum stability with little or no height variation. A uniform width of slat is also maintained in the gang. The walls of the slat are of a smooth 'glass finish' to prevent blockages with the top surface being manufactured to a non-slip design. The concrete mix is of a very high standard and strength (60 newton) in order to withstand the hostile environment of a cattle shed. Gang slats are available from 7' (2.13 m) up to 13' (3.97 m) in length. The depth of the gang is 7.5" (190mm) which adds to the strength of the unit.
