It was started back in the late sixties by Bertie Woolsey who diversified from building contracting to pre-cast concrete.  The company specializes in the manufacturing of Tri-deck concrete flooring systems, cattle slats, pig slats, support beams, etc., for use in commercial and agricultural applications.

Robert Woolsey acquired the firm in 1987 and was joined by his wife Sandra in 2001.  The company has enjoyed continued expansion, this success is mainly due to diversification into new products and the company's dedication to customer relations and their needs.

Their son RJ is production manager within the company and is also responsible for quality management.
